    This 4week intermediate program is for riders of all ages who have reasonable cycling experience and wish to further develop bike skills, confidence, riding technique and fitness. This course consists of at least 16 hours of training divided into 8 x 2-2½ hour sessions on Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 5am to 7am.

  • Getting Started Package

    This introductory program is for riders of all ages who are new to cycling. The primary goal is to enjoy the wonders of riding a bike through learning the necessary skills to safely, confidently and comfortably ride your pushie. The program consists of 2x 4hr Skills Sessions (Saturday mornings), followed by 5weeks of Thursday morning road training sessions developing fitness, endurance, road skills & bunch skills combined with a structured wind trainer/ergo training program.
